DAY 1 & 2 - Departure at the airport and arrival at the hotel in Negombo

Our friendly driver guide will welcome you and then you will be transfer to the fishing village of Negombo, located near the airport so you can relax after a long flight journey. Negombo is certainly not just to relax in the beach, but this coastal city has a rich history to share with you. Take a boat ride into the Muthurajawela wetlands located in the Negombo lagoon. Explore the coastal town of Negombo with its colonial period architectures, centuries old Dutch Canals, and wooden catamarans that are still used by the local fisherman.

DAY 3 - Departs to Wiplattuwa National Park

Transfer to Wilpattu after breakfast. In the evening you will need to prepare yourself for a safari at the largest park in the country. The Wilpattu National Park. It has distinct characteristic is the complex of lakes called Villus. It is surrounded by the grassy plains and the Wilpattu jungle.

DAY 4, 5 & 6 - Departs to Sigiriya

After the breakfast depart to the cultural tri-angle at the center of the island in the morning. Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple and the Sigiriya Rock Fortress both UNESCO World Heritage sites. Cycling in the Habarana village and experience an authentic village tour will be the key thrilling activity on this area. You could climb the Pirurangala Rock. Hot Air ballooning (optional), which will unfold a spectacular view as it fly over the cultural tri-angle of Sri Lanka and It absolutely will be a most memorable experience. Ballooning takes off at dawn where you can enjoy glorious sight of sunrise.

DAY 7, 8 & 9 - Departs to Knuckles Mountain Range

This morning after Breakfast head the famous mountain range, Knuckles in central highlands of Sri Lanka. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will be staying next 3 days in a fabulous Tree House or in a Bungalow in the hideaway of the Mountain Range. This is a long drive, usually taking most of the day, but your Driver-guide can suggest places for you to stop and explore along the way. This Enjoy trekking with our trekking guide. Breath of fresh air while trekking through dense green misty forest, long crystal-clear rivers, waterfalls and the fragrance of paddy fields is a truly a soothing experience.

DAY 10 - 11 - Departs to Hill Country, Hatton

We recommend you to take a train From Kandy to Hatton where you have fantastic views out over the tea plantations and pickers working the harvest. This is a leisurely train taking about 3hrs 30 minutes. We highly recommend You to Take a walk through the tea estate and relaxed in the chilled out weather and eccentric scenes of tea plantations, waterfalls and mountain ranges. Rest and prepare for the nighttime climb up Sri Pada (Adam’s Peak). Visited by thousands of pilgrims from many faiths, Adam’s Peak is an inspirational experience. The hike up to the peak will take more than 3 hours. The climb is possible from December to April and best attempted at night where you reach the summit to see the sunrise and the breath-taking views. The surrounding Adam’s Peak forest reserve is home to numerous species of birds and butterflies.

DAY 12 & 13 - Departs to Kithulgala Rain Forest

Discover the center of Sri Lankas adventure sports in Kithulgala. You get to settle down at Reffer’s Rtreat one of our trusted adventure sports provider, whom we have partnered up for land activities such as Mountain Biking, Nature Trekking, rope riding, and water activities such as white-water Rafting, Kayaking and Canyoning. Enjoy a perfect 2 nights of riverfront Retreat by the Kelani river.

DAY 14 & 15 - Departs to Colombo City

Departs from Kithulgala and stay over at (boutique) resort in center of a high-end residential area of Colombo. You can relax after the drive, refresh and prepare to leave Sri Lanka in 2 days time. Colombo offers plethora of fine dining. We would recommend dinner at the Ministry of Crabs which belongs to the famous Cricket pair Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene or lunch at Paradise Road café. Both will leave a taste in your mouth to remember this city and a craving to return back soon. We also recommend you to go for a City Walk which is Complementary on your Package. Colombo Has got Ayurvedic centers, has a team of highly qualified doctors who provide Ayurvedic treatments from 200 years of generations, relax yourself before leave the Island.

DAY 16 - Farewell, transfer to the airport

Time to say farewell! You will be transferred to the Katunayake int. airport.
