DAY 1 - Arrival in Colombo Airport, transfer to hotel in Negombo

Ayubowan (May you live long!). Our friendly driver guide will welcome you and then you will be transfer to the fishing village of Negombo, located near the airport so you can relax after a long flight journey. Negombo is certainly not just to relax in the beach, but this coastal city has a rich history to share with you.

DAY 2 - drive to UNESCO protected Dambulla Caves Temple

After Breakfast visit one of the country’s busiest fishing center, where colorful ruwal boats sailing in the sea. Make a city tour to see the remaining of the Dutch period architectures, canals, a Buddhist temple, a Catholic church. Then depart to the cultural tri-angle at the center of the island in the morning. Visit The Dambulla Cave Temple UNESCO World Heritage site, the most impressive cave temple in Sri Lanka. Stay overnight in Sigiriya / Habarana.

DAY 3 - Visit Aukana standing statue Buddha, & Visit Anuradhapura Ancient Kingdom.

After breakfast head towards for Aukana is the tallest Standing Buddha statue in Sri Lanka. Then transfer towards Cultural Triangle the ancient city of Anuradhapura was Sri Lanka’s first city and the capital for more than 100 kings. The ruins of Anuradhapura now a UNESCO World Heritage. The ancient city which is considered sacred by Buddhists contains an enormous collection of archaeological and architectural wonders such as massive dagobas, soaring brick towers, ancient pools and crumbling temples built during the city’s 1000 years of rule over Sri Lanka. One particularly worth visiting is Sri Maha Bodhi. Stay overnight in Sigiriya / Habarana.

DAY 4 Visit UNESCO protected Sigiriya Rock Fortress & drive to Kandy

Visit one of Asia’s most spectacular cultural sites the Sigiriya Rock Fortress the UNESCO World Heritage sites. Only the fit and adventurous will be able to climb the summit, but all can enjoy the ancient ruins and wonderful sights around the base and halfway on hike. Its home to water gardens, frescoes and ancient graffiti. later Transfer to Kandy, On the Way to Kandy Visit Matale Aluvihare Temple where Buddhist doctrines were first documented on Ola leaves on 1st century after passing through orally from generation to generation and visit Spice Garden at Matale. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage site, The Temple of the Tooth. See famous Blue & Star sapphires are mined cut and polished using traditional methods and End the day enjoying a culture show in Kandy Stay overnight in Kandy.

DAY 5 - Visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage & Explore Kandy

Transfer to Kandy after breakfast visit one of Asia’s most spectacular cultural sites the Sigiriya Rock Fortress the UNESCO World Heritage sites. DAY 6 - Drive straight to Nuwara Eliya for tea plantation & tea factory

After good breakfast departs to Nuwara Eliya the ‘little England’ for its Victorian era structures and the mild weather. It’s chilled out weather and eccentric scenes of tea plantations, waterfalls and mountain ranges. Visit Tea Factory to see how the tea you drink is produced. It’s worth to visit Local Market and Gregory Lake in the evening. Stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 7 - Visit Yala via Ella & make safari in the Yala national park

Transfer to Yala after breakfast. On the Way visit Ella Gap & Rawana Falls and reach the hotel in Yala and prepare yourself for a Jeep safari at the most visited and popular park in the country. The Yala National Park. It is has as remarkable characteristic of the tropical forest bordering the sea. Your opportunity to catch the sight of the Sri Lankan Leopard, Asian Elephant, and many other mammals and birds in their natural habitat going on a Safari and in the wild. Stay overnight in Yala

DAY 8 - Drive to Colombo via Galle, City tour Galle

After breakfast departs Colombo via Galle. And on the way at, stop Koggala along the way to see the unique stilt fishermen. Stop at Galle city, UNESCO World Heritage Site where tiny back streets in the Dutch Fort. Visit the Galle Lighthouse, and enjoy a nice round tour to the Dutch fort and do some shopping while you are there. Drive straight to stay overnight in Colombo.

DAY 9 - Explore and make a city tour in Colombo

Enjoy your breakfast from the hotel and prepare yourself to make a city tour in Colombo. We also recommend you to go for a City Walk which is Complementary on your Package. Stay overnight in Colombo.

DAY 10 - Explore Colombo at your leisure & afternoon transfer to the airport

Time to say farewell! You will be transferred to the Katunayake int. airport.You can relax in the morning at your hotel, refresh and prepare to leave Sri Lanka OR an extended stay can be arranged.
